The customer service and communication were phenomenal. They have a pretty good selection of commonly used chemicals, and usually you have a choice between multiple suppliers which is nice and can make shipping multiple items more convenient.

They are extremely communicative about orders before they are sent out and during extremely professional and will answer any questions you have around ordering, will be doing business again soon.
Prompt communication. Could've been more upfront about int shipping not being eligible for registered, tracked. It took more than a month, but the product is world-class. They told me 4-7 biz days, then said 10. I made a fool out myself the day before it landed. Product is worldclass. I suspect anyone who leaves a negative review needs to check their local, state, and federal laws. This isn't 2015.
